Our adventure resort offers guests to learn windsurfing, wakeboarding, and other watersports within the tranquil and controlled environment of Lake Tsonevo, where no big waves are present.

This provides joy from sports like any other for everyone, from beginners to professionals.

Services with room stay

Child from 2 to 7 years old without extra bed

An additional fee applies for children aged 2 to 7 years without an extra bed. Children over 7 years old can only stay with an extra bed in the room, subject to prior approval by the hotel.

Pets up to 5 kg

Your pet is welcome with us if it is:
– Up to 5kg.
– Over 6 months of age.
– He has all the necessary vaccinations and is dewormed. Please bring his passport.
- He has established hygiene habits.

To provide you and our guests with a relaxing holiday, please comply with the following restrictions:

Pets should not be left unattended.
Any disturbances, such as barking or whining, must be stopped promptly to ensure the comfort of other guests.

And since your pet is also a guest of the complex, please keep in mind that a fee of 10 EUR per day for cleaning and disinfection will be charged for its stay.

A "Daytime Stay on the Hotel Grounds" includes use of the swimming pool.

A dedicated area is equipped with a changing room and shower, sun loungers with tables under large sunshades (9 m2). Beach towels are included.

You can choose a convenient time from two slots: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. A 4-hour Daytime Stay costs €25 per person.

Petanque

Pétanque is a form of boules where the aim is to throw hollow metal balls (so-called balls) and bring them as close as possible to a small wooden target ball (hollows). This classic French game is great if you're looking for a fun activity to do with your friends and family. Pétanque is easy to learn and fun for people of all ages and skill levels. With a little practice, you'll be scoring points for your team in no time.
There are two lanes - the cost of renting one track for one hour is 10 EUR.

Kayaking

We offer you to experience the unforgettable sensation of gliding through the water on our ocean kayaks along the water surface of the emerald water of Lake Tsonevo. The equipment is super stable and absolutely safe even for the first time. We equip you with life jackets and give instructions on how to operate them for 10 EUR per hour.

Standup paddleboarding (SUP) is a very popular water sport nowadays. Standup paddleboarders stand on boards that are floating on the water and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water.
We offer hiring equipment and training with an instructor for 10 EUR per 1 hour.

Windsurfing is a recreational, family-friendly sport, most popular at flat water locations around the world that offers safety and accessibility for beginner and intermediate participants.
Our adventure resort offers guests to learn windsurfing within the tranquil and controlled environment of Lake Tsonevo, where no big waves are present. Hiring equipment and training with an instructor is 20 EUR per hour.

Volleyball or Beach Tennis on the sand

Experience the thrill of beach volleyball on our beautiful soft sand court. This site is also transformed into Beach Tennis - a team game that contains elements of classic tennis, beach volleyball, and even badminton. The rental price for the site is 10 EUR.

2026 Autumn Sport for free

There are a lot of possibilities to spend a great vacation playing outdoor games with your friends and family. To the end of November using the sports field free of charge for our guests. Volleyball, Petanque, Table tennis, Wall tennis, Streetball - are waiting for you!

Fire Place

Hotel guests can sit around a live fire with a stunning view of the Tsonevo Reservoir. This adults-only service is available. All necessary equipment, including firewood, is provided.
The price is 20 leva per package of firewood.
