Сancellation policy
1. You can pay for the accommodation and other services provided by the hotel in cash, by debit or credit card or by bank transfer according to the hotel prices.
2. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the value of the nights, for the period of stay in the hotel, is paid. In case of cancellation, change or no-show, the cancellation fee will be equal to the total price of the reservation.
3. The accommodation is paid in full regardless of how many hours the guest stayed in the hotel.
4. Service such as early check-in /before 15:00 but not before 10: 00./ is provided to guests if there are available rooms at the hotel.
5. Service such as late check-out / after 11: 00 a.m. no later than 17: 00./ is provided to guests for a fee of 50.00 BGN. and if there are available rooms in the hotel.
6. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal document.
7. In case of loss of key, you must pay a new one according to the hotel tariff / fine 20.00 BGN./.
8. Amounts for requested but unused services are not refundable.

RULES FOR USING THE INFINITY POOL
WORKING HOURS: 10: 00 – 19: 00
1. The pool is used only by guests with a hotel reservation.
2. The depth of the pool is 145 cm.
3. The pool is not protected by a lifeguard.
4. Everyone uses the pool at their own risk and responsibility.
5. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by
parent or adult companion.
6. It is absolutely forbidden to climb from the edge of the pool, jumping and pushing people into the water.
7. Running around the pool is not allowed.
8. Food, drinks and glass objects are not allowed in the pool.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Do not leave your valuables unattended. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft.
11. You are not allowed to enter with clothes.
